TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions dealt with by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED either orally or in writing, and its associated companies, the BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT website found at www.betterbouncedirect.com and any other associated websites, and any promotion, offer, quote, email, memo or other documentation made by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED.
By placing an order or purchasing with BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED you agree to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT management.
BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED are one of the largest manufacturers of inflatables, and other such products. Our management and staff have over 16 years of experience in the industry and we aim to provide you with excellent products, an excellent service and at an excellent price.
PRODUCTS
All our products are designed by our experienced and recognised team.
Each product should have been inflated and tested by our appointed tester and should come up to the standard of the appropriate bodies, organisations and regulations.
To make sure that problems are not incurred BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED will always try and send you a copy of your order form to confirm the specifics of your order. Responsibility will rest with you to make sure that there hasn't been any omissions or discrepancies upon the order form. Confirmation of the order and our terms and conditions will be made if BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT LIMITED are not contacted to contradict this assumption.
A copy of your order may not be sent if the order and collection are made within a short period of time or if not necessary or due to unforeseen circumstances (including staff absences and machine faults or shortages).
If a copy of your order form is not sent out you will have been directed to look at our Terms and Conditions when placing the order. Please note that while every effort is made to ensure that exact production and/or details are met, we will not issue refunds or discounts if due to a lack of availability or general misunderstandings of the order.
All our designs are entered onto our computer with particular colour and design specifications. We also try to stock a range of popular inflatables and designs. Note that an extra fee may be charged if particular designs or colours are wanted.
Canceling or returning your product once ordered may be subject to a restocking fee.
ORDERING
The final decision on orders, pricing, confirmation and delivery details and methods rests with the BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT management only.
The final price will be confirmed on contact. If a mistake is made on pricing by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT staff we will always try to honor it unless the price stated is unreasonable or will not cover production costs.
We always try to keep our promise about pricing on advertisements, company details and other forms where pricing occurs. Prices, promotions, special offers and quotes are though subject to change or withdrawal without announcement.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, direct money deposits in to a HSBC bank account or by cheque. Please allow for 5 working days for your cheque to clear before we begin with your order. Certain payment methods may require further security checks. In the unlikely event of further checks becoming necessary then HSBC bank and/or West Yorkshire police will only carry them out. No checks will be contrary to your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.
DELIVERY
Delivery of goods will be within a reasonable period of time.
Third party delivery companies make deliveries of products. These will be subject to their terms and conditions. These should be read before we dispatch and are available upon request.
All delivery dates quoted by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT, either verbally or in writing should be taken as our best estimate even if a promise or guarantee is made verbally or in writing.
Estimate of delivery does not form part of the sales contract.
In the unlikely event of multiple item purchases being sent at various times and through different methods please allow for a reasonable period of time for your order to be completed.
We strongly advise against all customers taking bookings for the product until they have accepted delivery.
We accept NO responsibility for consequential loss because of a delivery date changing or difference of product design or specifics
If delivery cannot be made, due to receiver absence or if the delivery address is changed after dispatch from the BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT premises then further delivery charges may be incurred. These further delivery charges will be charged at the third party delivery company's fees.
PRIVACY
The details you give to BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT should be correct or correct as to your best knowledge.
All details given are given to us on the presumption of being kept confidential. BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose personal information to any third parties, unless permission is granted, except successors in title to our business and, if required, government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
You have a right to access the personal information held about you. To obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, please contact us.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
All our products are under the BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT guaranteed warranty. The BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT warranty lasts for 12 months from point of purchase. Warranty covers only design faults, manufacture faults or material faults. It will not cover general wear and tear or cuts and rips in the material. If it does fall within our warranty then we will pay for the repair and the costs in returning it to you only.
The BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT guaranteed warranty only applies to the person who purchased the product from BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT.
Completion of repairs will be done within a reasonable period of time. Please remember that during particular periods of the year, a reasonable period may be longer than other periods of the year. We will always try to fit it around yourselves and bookings that you have been made, but we will not be responsible for consequential loss because of the repair.
If it does not fall within our warranty, if the product is over 12 months old or if the product has not been designed and manufactured by BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT there is a minimum fee of £50 for repairs.

Use of Images and Text
You are more than welcome to use or export any picture or text for the purposes of advertising, advising or any other reason. Please feel free to contact us if we can supply you with any more pictures, text or further information that would be of assistance. This authorisation DOES NOT apply to other manufacturers of any product that we produce or sell. If you are a manufacturer then all pictures, text, designs and trademarks are subject to the copyright rules and legislation of the United Kingdom.
E-BAY
BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT respect all the rules and terms laid down by EBay and its sites. Please read them before bidding or purchasing any product from us through its sites.
We accept payment through direct deposit into our bank account, credit cards and cash only, unless otherwise stated.
We do not promise that the product purchased from BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT via EBay will be ready for immediate collection or delivery and that the final price and an estimation of delivery should be found out by contacting BETTER BOUNCE DIRECT.
